Return Policy

We hope you love your Kaulele Designs piece as much as we loved making it for you! Because each item is handmade with care, we kindly ask that you read our return policy before placing your order.

Changed your mind? No worries!

If you'd like to return or exchange your item, just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that the item is sent back within 14 days in its original, unused condition.

Please note:

Custom or personalized items (like one-of-a-kind designs) are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective—these special pieces are made just for you!

How to start a return:

Send us a quick message at kaulele.ohana@gmail.com with your order number and what’s going on—we’ll take it from there. You can also select “Need Help?” in the drop-down menu.

A few more things to know:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, we may need to adjust the refund.
• Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Oh no! Please let us know within 3 days so we can make it right ASAP.
