Made-to-Order 

We’re a small, made-to-order business with a limited inventory of ready-to-go items.
Each piece is crafted and prepared with care. We appreciate your patience and support as we get your order ready.

💛 Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 weeks from the date your order is received. Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks.

💛 Items in stock usually ship within 1–2 business days.

We always do our best to get your bag to you as soon as possible — without ever

 rushing the care we put into each one.

Caring for Your Kaulele Handbag

All of our handbags are washable—because practicality is just as important as style!

Important care tips:

💛 No dryers, please! Always air dry or hang dry your bag. Using a dryer may damage the structure or materials.

💛 Iron with care. You can safely iron fabric portions of your bag. However, many of our designs include special materials like vinyl, faux leather, or genuine leather—please do not iron those areas.

If your bag is made with a specialty material that cannot be machine washed, we’ll be sure to note that in the product description.

Extra Loving Care:

💛 Hand wash gently in cold water 

💛 Vinyl Bottom: spot clean only with mild detergent
